Having previously served in several leadership roles at top-tier technology firms such as dds+, formerly DuPont Sustainable Solutions/Coastal Training Technologies, and the experience she gained in IT consulting and technical recruiting, Ms. Chang brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record to Haystack Solutions. Her accomplishments in training, talent acquisition and workforce strategy make her uniquely qualified to steer the company into a bright and promising future.
